Saturday, 2.15pm at Rowley Allen Reserve
Keysborough: Shaun Witherden is among the best ruckmen in the Casey Cardinia League and consistently supplies the ball to class playmakers like Clinton King and Matthew Freeman at the stoppages.
Cranbourne: The Eagles have the run out of defence through Matt Thompson, Matt Rus, Troy Datson and Daniel Watson to get the ball in to big Marc Holt quickly and efficiently on the small ground.
@BT Sub Sport Gaz:
Keysborough: The Eagles made a mess of the Burra in round one. Have the mental wounds inflicted in that match healed?
Cranbourne: Can Marc Holt rise to the occasion and have a telling influence on the game against his nemesis William Gayfer?
Keysborough: Not only is he the X-factor at Keysborough, but star forward Luke McGuinness may even be a member of Generation X!
Cranbourne: He has now developed into a new-age on-baller who can jump, mark, kick, tap the ball and run all day. Stuart Morrish is good and getting better.
Keysborough has hit form and has a smattering of the best players in the competition, but that will not be enough to stop the Cranbourne juggernaut as it rolls towards finals for the first time in 10 years.
It’s the Eagles by two goals in a beauty.
