Hoon menace

I AM in the area of John Street and the Princes Highway in Pakenham and on a regular basis – especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights around 10pm onwards – there is a continual hoon theme.
Spinning of wheels, screaching around corners and even on one wet night a certain four-wheel-drive that is a continual menance spun his wheels on John Street and then weaved out all over the road heading toward Main Street.
Luckily no other traffic was coming from the Racecourse Road area.
These hoons are the same guys all the time and if police just sat there they would see what I see.
I haven’t rung them about this as by the time they get there they will be gone.
I am willing to take registration numbers but will they be prosecuted?
Let’s hope this hoon thing can be dealt with.
