A 52-YEAR-OLD Narre Warren man died in a collision at Officer on the Princes Freeway last Wednesday night.
Police said the driver and sole occupant of the late model Holden sedan lost control of the car and hit a railing on the passenger side.
The car then crossed both lanes into wire rope barriers and then collided head on into a concrete bridge support.
The man died at the scene.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
