VICTORIA’S Chief Health Officer, Dr John Carnie, has warned Victorians, especially returned travellers, to be alert for signs and symptoms of measles, with the notification of 15 cases so far this year.
Measles vaccine (given as MMR vaccine) is recommended on the National Immunisation Program for children at 12 months and four years of age.
