Lavinia has 70 reasons to cheer

MOST women are loath to reveal their age but for Lavinia Moss reaching 70 years was a milestone she wanted to celebrate.
She celebrated her 70th birthday last week with friends and family at the Pakenham Bowls Club.
Some guests travelled from Benalla, others from Yarram and the city.
Her special day was organised by her daughter Veena, son-in-law Mark, eldest son Don and his wife Tracey.
Mrs Moss was particularly touched by the luncheon and the chance to celebrate her birthday with her closest friends.
Granddaughter Kelsey showed off her interest in baking by making a cake especially for this day.
Braydan, Rhys and Britney were also a big help, making sure their grandmother’s birthday was one to remember.
Guests were also entertained when Braydan put on a dance routine.
Mrs Moss had a wonderful day celebrating with friends and family, and was grateful for everyone who helped out with the catering.
It was a day that Mrs Moss can cherish for the rest of her years.
