Right:Noel and Marj Webster celebrated 70 years of wedded life.WELL-known Pakenham-ites Marj and Noel Webster have celebrated 70 years of marriage.
They were married on 19 December 1941 in Bendigo, where Noel was stationed with the army.
Both born and bred in Pakenham, Noel was a longtime real estate agent in the town and surrounding districts.
The couple have four children – Bronwyn, Chris, Rodney and Jill – 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Both have been devoted members of the St James Anglican Church for most of their lives.
Their loving family and many friends wish them a happy anniversary.
