It’s a real showcase

PAKENHAM’S 101st annual agricultural show will be held at Pakenham Racecourse on Saturday 17 March.
Twelve months’ preparation has gone into this event, which is one of the biggest days out for families in Cardinia Shire each year.
The society is encouraging residents, and particularly young people, to enter the numerous sections in the show. There is a wide range of sections in the pavilion, which includes fruit, farm and garden produce, vegetables, cut flowers, pot plants, cooking and home products; or you might like to enter the needlework, craftwork, ceramics or art sections.
Photography is another section that has grown in popularity over the years, and there are lots of opportunities for budding young photographers.
