Gazette understands our concerns

I am writing to thank your newspaper for the article Fire Danger Drain Claim (Gazette, Wednesday 15 January 2014).
Danielle Galvin did a great job in articulating our concerns.
When I spoke to her I thought I was very disjointed in what I was trying to say but, on reading it in the paper, I it sounded exactly what we had been saying to the council and to Melbourne Water – to no avail!
Let us hope that, with the help of our community newspaper, we will be able to get some action.
Also many thanks to photographer Stewart Chambers who was very patient with us during the photo “shoot”.
