SINCE attending the 90th Anniversary of St Anne’s recently, I’ve had the thought that it would be good to record memories of former students.
A history of the school has been written, I know, but my idea is to publish a book of short articles written by former students, recording not only memories of school days, but the effect their schooling has had on their lives, and where their paths have led. Bishop Cranswick’s goal was for the influence former students of the school would have in their homes and families throughout Gippsland. Of course the result has been much more widespread.
I would like to think that all material could be submitted within the next six months by email directly to me at alenel@bigpond.com or by mail to 7 Babin Place, Cooma North 2630.
