Saffron set to shine

THE 20-unit final stage of the Saffron Grove Retirement Village at Hallam is nearing completion and you have a chance to see them for yourself.
An open day will be held at the village on Friday 27 February from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Sales manager Phil Glasson said it would be a great chance to have a look and maybe purchase a new unit in Saffron Grove, which will have just 96 units all-up when the final 20 are finished.
“We are small, friendly and personal,” Mr Glasson said.
“Come and visit the opening of our new displays and choose your two or three-bedroom unit in the position you prefer.
“They are selling really well and we would hate you to miss out on your chance!”
He said the open day for the retirement village, which had been operating for the past seven years, was a chance to look around, join in activities and have a bite to eat.
Mr Glasson said Saffron Grove had plenty of things going for it, from location to layout.
“Saffron Grove is a quiet, small and friendly village,” he said.
“It features great units with internal entry from the garage and each one has its own small backyard.
“Downsize your large home to one of our new units and pocket the change for lifestyle choices.
“Our residents are a very friendly lot who enjoy their retired lifestyle.
“The focus of Saffron Grove is on the well-being and health of the over-55s age group.”
Saffron Grove is at 8 Saffron Drive, Hallam, and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Call on 1300 669 523.
