To the core Pilates have five qualified and lovely instructors to guide you throughout every class. Each day is a different instructor, offering four types of classes, being Align (beginner) Dynamic (intermediate), Strength and Sweat (Advanced) and a mums and bubs class.

Not sure if Pilates is for you? Take advantage of their intro offer of four for $50 which gives you four weeks to use it.
