The Gumboot Throwing Competition is back for another year at the Pakenham Show.
Entry is just $2 and there are four sections: men, ladies, boys (under 16) and girls (under 16).
The winner of each section will win $25 and a ribbon donated by Bill Ronald.
The competition is held under the rules and regulations of the organising committee of the World Gumboot Throwing Championship.
It will be held in the centre area of PB Ronald Reserve.
And, in case you’re wondering, a size 8 boot will be used for the throwing.
