Nobelius Scholarship Marks Sixth Year

“This year marks the 6th year of the Nobelius Land Surveyor Scholarship, and a heartwarming ceremony was held to announce the 2024 winner, Elle Scicluna. The scholarship continues to support students from the Pakenham community by providing full coverage of educational fees, including books, a laptop, Year 7 camp deposit, uniform costs, and more, all courtesy of Nobelius Land Surveyors.

The scholarship, which was initiated by Pakenham-based Nobelius Land Surveyors, is now a well-established tradition, helping students overcome financial barriers and pursue their education with greater ease. Elle Scicluna was chosen from a pool of remarkable candidates for her outstanding qualities and potential. The selection process is always challenging, but Elle’s commitment and determination made her stand out as the deserving recipient this year.

In addition to Elle’s award, the two runners-up will each receive $100 towards their school uniform fees.

Rob Nobelius, co-founder of the company, expressed his joy at continuing the scholarship program into its sixth year. “We started this because our kids both went to Pakenham Secondary, and they were very successful. We wanted to help someone else in the community have the same opportunities,” he said.

The Nobelius Land Surveyor Scholarship has become a beacon of hope for students facing financial challenges, ensuring that education remains an accessible opportunity for all in the Pakenham community.”
