Bradford not proprietor

A STORY by Jim Mynard, Plea For Action On Cafe (Gazette, 7 February) incorrectly stated that Jason Bradford was proprietor of the Nush Restaurant at Guys Hill. It also spelt Mr Bradford’s name incorrectly.
Mr Mynard said he mistakenly formed, during an interview with Mr Bradford, the belief that he was proprietor of the restaurant.
However, Sarah James has advised that she is the proprietor of Nush Restaurant and that Mr Bradford is employed at the restaurant as a chef.
The Gazette regrets any inconvenience to Mr Bradford and to his employer, Ms James.
