A THIEF left a trail of chocolate milk after breaking into a house in Toomuc Valley Road, Pakenham, last week.
Police said the thief ransacked a number of rooms in the house, stealing a computer, jewellery and cash to the value of about $8500.
The burglary happened between 9am and 2pm on Tuesday, 6 February.
Anybody who may have seen any suspicious people or vehicles in Toomuc Valley Road is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333.
