BERWICK seniors put in four strong quarters of football to down Narre Warren by 17 points on Saturday.
The team was inspired by coach Ronnie Burns to beat a top side and answered the challenge.
Berwick will face another major challenge against Pakenham this week.

Berwick was aiming to add another major scalp to its list of wins and although they battled hard they went down by seven points. Mizzi, Cotela, Kelly and Tonks were amongst the best leading the way.

Berwick had a great win in heavy conditions against archrivals Narre Warren.
Excellent goals by Paul Van Schilt saw the Wickers steal the lead and hold on to win a hardfought game.
