Demon bowlers reduce Bulls

IN B grade, Kooweerup made it four wins from four matches with another convincing display against Cardinia.
Defending 243, the bowlers were always on top, eventually dismissing Cardinia for 133 in 67 overs.
Paul Bright, who must have been close to Country Week selection, again bowled beautifully to claim the first three wickets, but it was part-time leg-spinner Mick Damon who stole the show with 6/31 off 18 unchanged overs.
Matt Bright also bowled well, taking 1/23 off 12 overs, while Paul finished with 3/24 off 16 overs.
The Demons were good in the field and excellent catches were taken, although three tough chances were spilled.
Batting a second time, Kooweerup made 2/35, Ben Miller finishing 16 not out and Matt Bright 13 not out.
