Wickers burn in semi

BERWICK under 18s played with passion, determination and commitment against Beaconsfield at Doveton on Sunday to win the first semifinal by 26 points.
The Wickers had many good players with Robinson dominant in the ruck, Stent busy around the ground and Barnes, Dyson and Vanschilt consistent performers.
Berwick ran out comfortable winners after kicking five lastquarter goals to Beaconsfield’s two.
Sheen kicked three to take his tally to 72 for the season and Andrew Stent kicked two great goals.
Mathew Fowler played another good game, as did his brother Kris.
