THE Berwick Show year wound up with a gala ball in the Berwick Leisure Centre.
On a recent funfilled Saturday night, 250 guests enjoyed the Irish theme, dining, dancing and watching a special presentation of Irish dancing by the McAleer School of Dancing.
Berwick Show Society president Andrew Dedlefs commended the show ball committee on the success of the night and the theme.
He said the night went well and everyone had a great time.
“I was particularly impressed with the young people in the Irish dance team. That was an excellent performance that obviously everyone enjoyed. It was a pleasure to be part of it,” he said.
