THE Gazette’s Wally Wombat was excited on Friday when he met Alex Kuyer from Pakenham at the Pakenham Toyworld shop.
Alex was the 500th member to join the Wally Wombat Club since it was relaunched last year. Wally was happy to present Alex with the 500th membership card and a $10 voucher to spend at Pakenham Toyworld. Alex also received her favourite Beanie Kids, which were kindly donated by the shop.
Children aged 12 and under who want to join the club, or members from before last October who have not reapplied to join the club, can turn to page 66, fill in the coupon and send it to Wally to receive a card offering a range of discounts. Every member who joins before November will also receive an official invitation to Wally Wombat’s 15th birthday party in November.
