Elements of success

CASEY Business Development Group (CBDG) enjoyed a strong gathering for its October networking breakfast in the new look Olivers on Clyde, Berwick, on Wednesday, 4 October.
Guest speaker Ann Gambetta of Ann Gambetta and Associates discussed the elements of what contributed to a successful business.
Ann, who speaks from experience, began a solo legal practice in a tiny room in 1986 and expanded to take over the building.
She said it was important to employ reliable staff.
“I can’t check everything that goes out but I have to be confident that it is right,” she said.
Ms Gambetta, whose business is based at Croydon, noted that Berwick had a strong network of businesses.
“Berwick has this network that we do not see in other places and no one really knows why,” she said.
CBDG president Michelle Hext said the final breakfast for the year would be held at Olivers on Clyde on Wednesday, 6 December.
Further information is available from Michelle on 9769 7241.
